What we collect

This website does not collect personal information automatically. We receive personal information only when you choose to send it to us: by email, by WhatsApp, by telephone, or by completing our member registration form.

What we do with it

We use the information you give us to respond to you, to administer membership and contributions, and to keep records of our own activities. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it publicly.

Members and contributions

If you join our monthly giving circle we keep your name, contact details, the amount you have pledged, and a record of contributions received. A designated administrator may contact you by WhatsApp or SMS about reminders and receipts, with your consent, which you give when you register and may withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep membership and contribution records for as long as you are a member and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and accountability purposes.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact info@therahma.org and we will respond.
